Yeltsin resigned today and MMG has already started to move.

It's hard to say what the real value of all MMG's holdings are, but I believe it's far above its current stock price. Wait till people start to focus on the potential for wireless internet connectivity in Eastern Europe (as they have in the Western world), and you're going to see the real value of their holdings.
