MArk-- These issues were discussed in depth in July. There is an alternate argument that nobody but a fool would keep all of their money in one basket. Also it is very difficult for these people to liquidate their gains. This is known as DIVERSIFICATION. Thus they took the opportunity to take part, notice a fairly small part of their profits. I don't think that this was a signal of weakness. Yes we all spent time reseading the prospectus and I am sure that DMG spent alot of time researching the company before getting involved in the follow-on. Perhaps, and I know that this is a wild notion, DMG, Alllen and others, know some things that you don't. In the meantime you are welcome to stay short on WIND if you like, you'll be making more money than any of us right nowe.
