XLX.T,...rumors out that Olympus is willing to settle with XLX for a big dollar amount,...no official discussion on who will get the patents that Olympus was placing without XLX knowledge, but it appears that Japanese may be leaning towards XLX,....the Japanese recently awarded additional patents to XLX that cover some of the JV work,... It was $1.20 I think before the partners got into the present snit.
