Dear Mr. Pittera and ALL Partners, I have been waiting for the service of process
documents from the lawyers and the promised hits from several of the posters
and associates you engaged in your terrorism campaign.
You have overunderestimated my willingness to see that justice is served. No, I
did not spend 50 bucks for counsel, I spent everything for counsel and I shall see
you in court. Federal and Criminal for starters.
No Mr. Deak it is not like shooting fish in a bucket
No Mr. Bid-ask - it is not like my life is about to go very wrong
No Mr. Pittera it is not like water under the bridge
No Mr. Perera it is not like lickin jacalyn
No. Mr. Wulf it is not like I buckle under your POWERFUL SWIFT SWORD
No Mr. Marchese it is not like I am one of your whores
No Mr. Weiner it is not like you can get away with wire fraud, collusion and
malfeasance
No Mr. Ciraulo you will never forget me but it wont be for illegal activities
No Mr. Oz it is not like you dont post where I live and can walk away
No Mr. Dicarli you left one too many messages on my machine implicating Mr.
Enson
Mr. Leslie Deak and Mr. Art Perera- I will NOT end up like Jimmy Hoffa and took
your intimations quite serious, having completely researched your associations.
To those I do not mention (no one who posts on the board but are MAJOR
VENTURE CAPITALISTS) you are not being neglected as Mr. Perera and Mr.
Wulf have told me repeatedly YOU ARE THE POWER TO WIPE ME OUT.
I took those words to heart and so have my benefactors, you are indeed very
powerful, I respect your power, but did not appreciate your 'up against the wall'
tactics. I am just an idiot, remember.
You suceeded in scaring the sh*t out of me, but you also p*ssed me off; made
me see things in your underworld garbage can and for that you will have to see
things in my world - the world of Justice, in kind.
You had plenty of time to communicate with me and apologize for your offenses
against me and other investors you falsely accused me of being. I hope you have
a healthy new year; I want to be sitting in the Fort Worth Federal Courthouse
between two 'healthy' Arties so they can be cognizant of what is happening, not
like some idiot investor, to find out after the fact.
For the record: Akin Gump NEVER represented anyone of this company nor
their associates; Joseph L. Pittera never represented me to anyone in any
capacity to communicate to London or otherwise; I never acquiesced nor
apologized for holding my firm opinions and facts in this debacle. I NEVER
authorized release of medical nor financial records nor photos from any insitution
to any participant in this 'group' from whatever source.
Yeah, happy f*cking new year, understand that?
