biowa, Matt Geller issued a brief update yesterday in response to the patent news. I have seen literally thousands of WS analyst reports over the years and seldom is one as buoyant as Geller on NPSP. Matt believes the news underscores NPSP's strong technology and intellectual property position. He feels NPSP is one of those rare remaining biotechs with a product in advanced stage trials that looks very promising (calcimimetics), plus an underlying state-of-the-art technology trading at a compelling valuation.
