We are having Beef Wellington, and CHerries Jubilee, and I don't know what else. I really hope I have a miraculous recovery. By the way, if you are a cheesecake connoisseur, Dan makes a mean turtle chocolate cheesecake with a caramel topping. CW demands it every year for his birthday.
