Dorothy, Just watching the trading now on SPLI. It looks good. The price target range was between 25 and 55. It is quite a wide spread because the business is still in transition to the telecom side. 55 represents 100 percent year over year growth with a 55 cent estimate for the year 2000. Growth in optical telecom is current 100 percent in the sector. I saw the party in Time Square on the news. It looks like it is/will be a heck of a party. Happy New Year!!!!! Harry
