POSO stock has done fairly well since the IBM announcement in the fall, and CIW certification is getting more attention & recognition. I'm currently studying for my CIW Internetworking Professional exam over the holidays, and have passed the first 2 CIW exams so far (Foundations, and Site Designer). If you have any specific questions on the CIW courses, let me know as I've received the classroom instruction portion for 6 CIW tracks.
