Slider and his Usual and Expected Threats

A couple of days ago, it was litigation: messages.yahoo.com

Today: He thinks I am in violation of SEC rules/regs with this statement: "That sounds like an SEC violation of preferential release of a material event/item/news. - which obviously "new orders" would be."

Fact of the matter is FGH/IR specifically qualified that remark by stating orders to which he was referring were available to the public in already published trade journals (which I had just explained to him, I did not subscribe to).

To state the phones are ringing and inquiries are at high levels, I hardly think would warrant SEC attention. (Incidentally, these remarks were also made to others who had contacted the IR.)

The remainder of the remarks were posted on YAHOO by another FGH long (regular poster with credibility) who had also talked to FGH/IR. I merely consolidated the remarks in the referenced post.

FGH/IR is a highly competent professional who is comfortable with truth. I do not think he will take your threats any more seriously than I do. Have a good day little cretin.
