MB: Our lists are similar. HWP, a company I admired for many years, appears to be well on the way to an IBM-type transformation, courtesy of their slick (and slimey) new female head honcho (have you caught her latest comments?). IBM, is going to drop a real clanger on the street with this quarter's numbers, and the remainder of the box builder/semi gang will strangle on the nasty combination of massive inventories (both finished goods and components) and mediocre demand. Now as far as timing the Put purchases,...... I'll stay in the weeds for a bit yet, in spite of the insect bites, and itchy trigger finger. (g) I've never been consumed with "Fed Watching", but have been paying close attention to their daily activities this Fall. I intend to use the first indication of "draining" as a reason to acquire initial positions. Big Al has got both left and right nipples well and truly into the wringer this time around. Best, Earlie
