Tex, ALLP is another IMCL, imo, with respect to price appreciatation and time frame at which IMCL was discovered.

For those who do not rem IMCL, take a look at the analysis back in Jan - Mar 99 on the IMCL thread or Quiet Won thread (summarized) later in the year.

Mgmt seems quite legit and we'll get approval in 2000Q1 imo
