I suspect you have never dealt with securitization transactions. Perhaps you retired before they hit the scene in the late 80s, and revolutionalized commercial banking.

Actually, I designed several based on office equipment leasing. You should note the recourse nature of the securities in the QSPE which required additional collateralization by LU. That's one reason why I'm nervous. The second is the issue of sufficiency of cash flow to fund future growth.
