Well let me try it again, just for you:

MEMO is a penny stock that EDIG decided not to merge with (according to some old timer on this thread)http://beta.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/readmsg.aspx?msgid=6299147 , beta.siliconinvestor.com ).
MEMO is a penny stock that is doing business in the portable digital recorder market that EDIG decide not to merge with.
MEMO is a penny stock that is serving the dictation market that EDIG decided not to merge with.
MEMO is a penny stock that is serving the voice recognition market that EDIG decided not to merge with.
MEMO is a penny stock that is serving the transcription market that EDIG decided not to merge with.
MEMO is a penny stock that is doing business with SMARTDISK, and DRAGON SYSTEMS (and is compatible with IBM)
MEMO is a penny stock that had EPS of $.05 in the first nine months and a price of $.095 yesterday.
MEMO is in bankruptcy court.
MEMO changed their business model to one similar to EDIG and had $10 in sales in the first nine months of 1999.
MEMO has NO patents (http://beta.siliconinvestor.com/stocktalk/readmsg.aspx?msgid=6294852 ).
MEMO just happens to be located in San Diego, CA.
MEMO claims to be The Recognized Leader In Digital Recording.

I was just trying to let you know that SMARTDISK is doing business with a company (MEMO) that could have been part of EDIG if EDIG had merged with MEMO. While I am NOT suggesting that EDIG did not make the right decision, MEMO has $10 million in sales and $.05 EPS. Imagine EDIG with all of its current connections and prospect PLUS all of the MEMO connections, revenue, and profit........ and debt.

Further review of their SEC filings indicate that revenue is on the decline (due to postponement of orders by Dragon Systems) and that most revenue and profits were realized in the first six months of the year. Eighty five percent of their revenue comes from Dragon Systems and their contact expires December 2000 or within 180 days of written notice.

I understood exactly what you were talking about. I hope you understand, now, what I was talking about.

So, do you think EDIG has a chance of taking away MEMO's business? After all, who is really "The Recognized Leader In Digital Recording?" An extra $10 million in revenue would be nice.

Perhaps some of he old timers could tell us the facts behind why EDIG and MEMO did not merge. Did EDIG turn down MEMO or did MEMO turn down EDIG? I notice that EDIG's www.norriscomm.com site is gone. So, there is no access to EDIG's past news releases.
