Yes really. You were mistaken and just can't admit it. Raising liberal arts now is a canard. You said 'social science' and took a cheap shot under the old red herring guise that somehow or other there is real science and then social science. The fact that you claim an English major is "even worse etc" just shows your ignorance of knowledge, cognitive styles, the history of thought (science, philosophy, religion etc.) and its 'expression' vis-a-vis cultural accomplishment, and, the role of language and imagination in any knowledge endeavor.
