The NASDAQ has minimum requirements as far as stock price and number of days that it must hold above that price before they will let if off of the bulletin board. Once that happens, exposure for SKYK will increase. It also means that additional funds will be able to buy the stock since many funds investment guidelines prohibit buying "speculative" stocks, of which any bulleting board stock would be considered to be.

I would be interested in opinions on the MOU. Seems like there is the potential for some big time dilution here, as well as the prospect of the investors selling short in advance of receiving shares. I've seen this happen before and it can create a big overhang on a stock. Anyone know if there is any kind of lock up on the preferred shares? Usually these guys are prohibited from selling for a period of time or unitl the stock reaches a certain price.

If SKYK has some attractive properties lined up to purchase with the PP offering proceeds, then perhaps the potential dilution will be offset. Any word on that?

Lastly, is this stock a good candidate for January effect? Assuming the market hasn't already shot it's wad with the big run-up over the past month or two. Seems like it might have the right combination for a January bounce, i.e., relatively undiscovered, trading at the lower end of it's range, in a hot sector of the market. Opinions?

Who has seen any business plans for this company?

Thanks in advance for any help.
