Bosco, The fully diluted share count is in the low 20's. The debt is not mostly convertible now. Furthermore the Yahoo! profile page is an extremely unreliable way of getting information about smallcaps. Check the recent 10Q and you will get an accurate fully diluted share count. It appears that a few million more shares may have been issued recently so this count may go up accordingly. Joe
