I hear ya, but I worked many years for the typical old conservative fortress that is busy protecting what they have rather than moving forward, and my personal experience is that this type of beast does not go down easily. Ego and pride are the most important issues at work here. It usually it some sort of catalyst that "forces" them to change, i.e., sales slow, eps slow...This is why I would not touch T as an investment because things will get worse before they get better... Again, you may be right but I am skeptical. Regards, MileHigh
