I'm a bit amazed that they didn't warn all the neighbors and invite them to enjoy. Are they customarily this thoughtless? After all, I live in apartment. If I have a party, I let my neighbors know so that they can join or plan to be away. At least, they have fair warning that there will be an unusual amount of noise coming from my apartment.
