Breach of contract! False advertisement! He advertised the list would come out on Sunday, Jan. 2. Customers bought on that understanding. Putting out the list early is not right! Paying $99 for a list of stocks that will be "hyped" all over the internet, the media and Wall Street, is a small price to pay. You could get that investment back the first day. Besides, $99 is nothing, trading fees. <g> KZAP
