On reflection, I don't think I'm going to average down. The general market seems to be valuing liquidity over earnings growth right now, so , for a person like myself who doesn't really know any other way to invest, the best approach may be to diversify instead. But I'm not going to sell any of my position either. I've only given it 2 quarters. KVHI appears to be doing everything right, and is still getting punished for it. BTW, did you get your annual report yet? This is one of the coolest annual reports I've seen.
