Rice, Do you have any DD on Micromatix.net? The ticker IMTL does not bring up Micromatrix.net- it brings up INTERNATIONAL MERCANTILE CORP (IMTL). I've been to Micromatrix.net's website, but, no shareholder information. I've also not been able to bring up anything on Edgars?? It appears to me that Innovative Cybersystems Corporation essentially took controlling interest in a inactive, albeit reporting, shell thus the fully reporting status. However, I find no info current OR prior on WTCH either. I realize that a lot has transpired since September, but, if you have some links concerning either entity, I'd appreciate it. Will have to get in touch with IR myself come Monday. TIA Theo;-)
