List wasn't that bad was it? It had CMGI. Haven't had a chance to do DD on NETP although I see it mentioned more and more lately. As for SCOC, they do have significant revenue, international locations, market share and recognition, and their shell and applications can be easily transported to Linux from SCO Unix. I bought it when announced (small position), then did my due diligence, and decided to keep it.
PCNTF is interesting as an Asia play beyond the ISP. TERRA as well. These deserve your own DD of course.
CNET - I am troubled by their B2C revenue model. This one I am leery of.
SPYG - This deserves a good look. 2000 is the full blown arrival of wireless and internet appliances. They are involved in this, but will they be a leader in software applications for them vs Palm, PHCM, etc?
RDBK, USIT - These deserve a good look. Am not very familiar with them.
AOL - I guess "safe" but at their market cap, their era of huge returns is over.
Am I disappointed? Yeah, but I don't consider the list that bad. Well off to do DD.
