A followup to my previous post--

If you are inclined to help or just curious try this- use some other ISP's and see if you still are problem free. Maybe sign up for a slightly overtaxed free ISP.

In that way it can be shown clearly that it has nothing to do with your setup, what servers you use, or how you use the program.

PS I just figured out that 216.33.71.102 is known as CHICAGO-R01. This server I dont remember ever getting a connection to. Its almost always a mtnview or a herndon, occasionally jersey.
