Another quite board. Is CFLO ready for a POP? The volume is now low and if the MM's had were doing what they should be they would be taking this baby down....But NO...I sense a quiet accumulation going on. This one is underwritten by MSDW (Morgan Stanley Dean Witter) and they have initiated coverage on CMTN and MCAF...so is it time for CFLO?... Hmmmmmmm.... FT
