I will answer your question " So, do you think EDIG has a chance of taking away MEMO's business?"

Don't know. Don't really care right now.

What I do know is that the industry is huge, that there will be more than one player, that more will attempt to jump on the bandwagon and that I am LONG LONG LONG LONG
