I would guess the reason is,,,, Compass couldn't raise the money to complete their JV with PAT. That would mean the $500,000 option $$ they paid PAT.. is gone, and PAT get's to keeps the property for themselves. Bottomline,, it appears UCR is out of the PAT deal, and don't even have enuff $$ to hold up their end of the bargain on the Okak property in the JV with Castle Rock.

Y'all better be careful here.. Just one man's opinion.
