He did say that until the SEC gives final approval for the shells, or spin offs, whichever, BNEZ needs to stay as a working entity. If BNEZ were to close the doors now, the spin offs would be void. He also said that once the spin offs are approved. Then BENZ is free to do what they want. He said the liability rest with BNEZ with anything they do until they close their doors, if they wish. Just like Compass Data now, they are diversified from BNEZ. BNEZ has nothing to do with compass. If Compass went out and did something that got them into legal trouble or something, Jack, Mikey and all of BNEZ is non-liable. That will be the interesting thing to see when BNEZ finally gets the approval for the spin offs and once they are Completely diversified from BNEZ, what will happen to BNEZ> who knows But if the shells are going to have a small float also like compass data, we could be in for a real surprise once it all happens.
