Doug, your prescribed sentencing for said damages are represented from a Draconian level akin to the 1st millennium and reveal what it must have been like for a Viking passing judgement on a Norman peasant. I must object to the imposed punishment due to its severity. This is one instance where the punishment doesn't fit the crime. The sacrilege of swilling wine from a straw will bear down on the church and state and find you in contempt of the much higher court, Mo‰t et Chandon. I beg mercy from the courts and to reconsider as to avoid a wine martyr that will live infamy.
