States will not allow their tax base to be eaten away......and to assume that sales taxes will not effect buying habits....would be a mistake. Look for action in the next legislative session. The retail jewelers of America organization is also lobbying for sales tax for e-commerce. The online jewelry sales are miniscule but the lack of sales tax is a major issue. Sales tax for e-commerce will come to be this year. Glenn
