And watch the sales tax get slapped on the E-Tailers this year......it will shave 30%+ off of your somewhat wishful sales estimates for next year. Where does this figure "-12% Margins" come from? I've not seen any major players with negative margins... The sales tax is definitely coming -- no question. But I'm not sure to what extent it hurts AMZN & others. My sense is they are competing more against EACH OTHER than they are against local retailers. I do not believe the sales tax will kill internet retailing. And if it doesn't, then I am confident AMZN will be a survivor.
