Tom, I think those are all reasons for the weakness in the share price, however, when I saw it bounce off the 200 day (about 16.00) I got back in. Then with the support at the 17.00 level Wed Thur and Fri last week I believe we have found the bottom. Now the question is do we see any upside in the near term? As you noted in your post the fundamentals are great. I checked the 8K PTIX filed with the SEC Dec 21 on the merger with MicroLegend, it turns out not only is Nortel a customer of ML but so is Alcatel, Aeriel, Bell Canada, and GTE. So PTIX has opened some doors.
