My Fault.....It's the Fumes.

Keep It Simple,

My apologies.......I have had a problem with this ever since I joined the Sunshine Carpet Cleaners. I should have listened to George.

Trying to figure out who is going to pay for all of this has me going in circles......I have always believed that the consumer must pay.

It is not only sales tax......but also the fact that on-line credit card fraud is estimated to be 5x that of bricks and mortar.

Jeeesh, I think the estimates are for roughly 6% of all year 2000 on-line sales to be fraudulent.

Are the credit card companies expected to eat this?.....and how?.....raise their interest rates to 43%?

I think we will see an on-line "surcharge" by the time this gets worked out........to cover the increased costs of fraud.......or the E-Tailers have to eat it.

I guess I just see the price advantage the internet has to offer.....slip away over time and regulation.

Why these issues are not being discussed in Amazonland is a mystery to me. The stock is beginning to reflect the concerns....but analysts seem to be reluctant to engage.

I guess the world of stock analysis is just one big carpet.....and their job is to clean it.

All of the $150 price targets "by the end of 1999".......sure cleaned out a lot of folks. Jeeesh.
