After many years as an industry watcher, this is one of the best fits that I've seen in a long time. Lets hope that the group can work together for the common good of all (and most importantly the NAR shareholders of course)! I did hear a radio news item to the effect that the union was looking to get details of a package for 150 of the employees who will be laid off as a side issue to the deal.

These questions may be a little pre-mature, but:

1. What do you speculate will be the share arrangement? i.e. wrt any consolidation etc.

2. I guess, Titanium Co. will get first dibs on the final company name?
