WEBS should move. I got a handful of shares in the IPO because I had an account, and have been waiting to jump in with larger numbers. 99 close was around the lowest yet, this would be the time to buy. Why hasn't this stock shot up--WEBS is a great on line trading site because you get real-time streaming quotes with volume, size, with up to ten stocks displayed at once, and you can have five portfolios on line at once. Further, over 1000 shares NASDAQ is commission free. For the experienced trader, who doesn't need frills, this is great. It's been at 18+ a few weeks ago. Schwab went up last week, why not WEBS?
