The Y2K bug according to the Nat Control Center has bit SOME (NOT ALL) Russian banks to the tune they will not open until 1/5/00. It was reported Fri night or Sat morn 1 of 3 exchanges in a small country HOPED to be open Monday while the other 2 were fine. Gambia has power problems etc. The situation is just about where those working with it thought it would be... Not much! |
