Amazing how he can carry on a two-way conversation without any second participant. I am advised that this is a resultant of a relatively benign psychological disorder provided that the number of participants does not exceed (in his mind) 11 and that no violent physical encounters break out between the various characters.

Let us observe quietly on the sidelines.
