Hi Rich,

Thanks for the info on the warrants. When the news came out, I stopped reading at the $1.275 price and missed the rest.

You questioned why the line of credit didn't violate this paragraph:

The Company is restricted under the terms of the convertible notes from incurring any Senior Debt in excess of $10,000,000 or any other indebtedness (except Senior Debt and "Subordinated Debt" (as defined)) in excess of $2,000,000 at any time.

My guess is the line of credit fit the definition of "Subordinated Debt" and was not restricted to the 2M cap. I assume "senior" debt is like "senior" water rights but have a feeling that I don't want to know the other categories of debt.

When reading the paper this morning, I was stunned to see that two of my holdings were on the list of 1999's best performing NYSE stocks. (TTN and SFE are long term holds for me.)

When I finally looked at the other exchanges, I did a double take. NTN made the AMEX list!! The 555% for twelve months is a pleasant change from the past. <VBG>
