Wal-Mart Online charges sales tax to residents of Utah, Arkansas and California. William, This is important. We know why Arkansas due to management headquarters. Do you know where Fingerhut's distributions centers are located? I am also not sure that matters since that is subconracted. Barnes and Noble charges sales tax in NJ, NY, TN and VA. Corporate headquarters are in New York and possibly a part in New Jersey. Tennesee and Virginia has distribution centers. I am wondering if Walmart learned from last fall that contracting out fulfillment is not wise. You have an opinion on the matter?
