Jerry--do you bypass the FDCN? log-on button and work offline or do you have to go through the FDCN and work online, since I am a prophet-data user? Also,are you having problems getting all of your securities downloaded. I am unable to get through my list without receiving duplicates and then it freezes and then I have to abort. AOL is my IP. Have been working for 2 hours trying to get all of my securities updated. In the past, I obtained all data via logging on to AOL and then simply downloaded without any difficulty. I think there's a conflict between prophet-data and FDCN (they only allow 20 quotes/day. Naturally, I want to stick to prophet data. Thanks, Donna
