On Dec 27 PTIX filed a form DEF 14A with the SEC in which among other items shows a Thomas Blain and Reginald Cable each now hold 1mil shares. I assume these were the owners of MicroLegend. There is no mention of any lock up period however I think if they would have wanted cash they could have got it. Hopefully this means they will be staying on to build the business and our fortunes. BTW I had trouble getting into the PTIX website thought they might be having Y2K problems but they just updated it.
