HAPPY NEW YEAR LOOKING GOOD HERE
As per news release we have separated Pamco and cybersensor due to the staffing and technology. Demands and work load requires that we devide the companies. All stockholders, including Nevtah will retain their proportionate interest equally in each company. We have been meeting with several investment bankers on taking cybersensor public this summer. All excitement and interest are very strong and positive due to the Internet, patents and technology. If you have read all post from Pamco the partners, alliances and customers are all major companies or government agencies which have given us the highest credibility and support of any new company. Therefore, Nevtah will concentrate on Europe as we gear up to support the agreements, orders and pilot programs starting in the U.S. this month. With our new Vice President from FedX we are immediately able to add wireless capabilities to increasing our market potential. Several of the oil companies we met with in 1999 were waiting until after Y2K and will now start programs with us. All meetings announced last year have resulted in alliances and agreements to be finalized this month. All presentations opened doors and formed positive relationships that have led to meetings with top management involving Orbcomm, Stellar, afme and Solarcraft which will give us all support in pricing and equipment to obtain other industries and applications not previously available to satellite communications.
