Plexus has publicly stated several times they they want/need to expand into Mexico and are looking to do so. Whether this is Elamf or not is any outsider's guess but Plexus has also publicly stated they are aware of Elamf . But under most valuation parameters for ECMs Elamf remains a very low value justified I guess by its poor performance over a number of years and ill advised investment in OPTIMAG.
