Someone had to have set a precedent on a "bulletin board", Dave.

Don't bother posting the case unless you can find one where the plaintiff won on "bandwidth".

Anyone who tries to have Qualcomm's IPR unraveled over trivial electrical characteristics will face trying to find a Judge who could withstand the force of such a snow job PLUS THE RISK THAT ITS OWN IPR STRUCTURE WILL SUDDENLY BE TREATED AS PUBLIC DOMAIN.

Other reprecussions include the IPR litigation industry suddenly become a free-for-all early in your career, making your law degree a moot point.

I am betting it won't.

Having said that, this debate is a waste of our time.
