Here are some highlights from a Prudential Analyst report (dated 12/2/99) I got from Multex at: (You have to pay $10 for the report but I've saved all you longs

"We are raising our price target on DRIV to $40 from $27, and we reiterate our Strong Buy rating based on our belief that the market has not fully recognized the
value in the company. Although the market is beginning to recognize the power of the DRIV model, we believe there is still significant upside potential based on
better-than-anticipated revenue growth, coupled with margin enhancement derived from its e-commerce outsourcing operation."

"We believe the main catalyst that could propel the stock towards our $40 price target will be better-than-anticipated growth in the company's core software
business. In addition, Commerce Bridge, the company's e-commerce outsourcing business continues to build steam. While this business remains small from a
revenue perspective, gross margins are extremely high. We believe the future value of this business segment could be worth significantly more than the entire $630
million market capitalization of DRIV, if the company is able to book significant e-commerce outsourcing business over the next 12 months."
