Wal-Mart Online charges sales tax to residents of Utah, Arkansas and California. Walmart is headquartered here in Arkansas, thus the requirement that they charge tax here. California, on the other hand, taxes everybody and everything. Not sure what the deal is in Utah; apparently they are deemed to have representation there, as well.
