Bob says the "Perpetual" 30-Year T-Bond data are from Reuters and represent a combination of near and distant futures contracts. Is this chart meaningful -- i.e. are the "Perpetual" T-Bond futures really in free-fall as Bob claims?

Bob's chart has some similarities to this T-Bond chart from the CBOT:

Can you explain what the CBOT chart represents in regard to the 30-Year T-Bond futures prices:
