Yesss.. This was not a candidate for me (I mean NAVR). Actually, I didn't bother about NAVR for quite a time. It simply disappeared. I even stopped bashing it way earlier...it didn't help. Not even NETR has got any durable apprechiation after spiking on QP ending. Looks like a class action lawsuit has been filed against Nave recently. So to say, even the law office filing the suit is appearently a bucketshop in MI (this is hearsay from the Nave quarry). biz.yahoo.com NAVR is not a candidate because of the latest convertible (to Fletcher) becoming variable in Februar. Don't even know if Fletcher has sweeteners which he could exercise during a spike. But VUSA is even worse. After the IPO it opened at $63 in early April ... Take care.
