Best I've seen (for free) is a 1-minute ticker chart from Quote.com. It gives a chart of minute by minute trades. With low to medium volumes, you can sometimes make out the trades. Who is doing it, well, that's a different. We need L-2 for that.

For BB stocks, need prefix bb. So, it'll be bb:GIFS, then pick chart of your choice.
