Would you mind sharing your stock selection scan or tecnique? IMGN - Similar circumstances to INKP. btw, DUSA is ready to rumble again. FILM - Nice play. Co. won lawsuit against Disney/ABC and was awarded $60 mil. On appeal, verdict was held up but damages were removed. Pending appeal on damage award. Disney/ABC are likely to pay at least half. Technicals are good, and you have a catalyst. On quick look, fundamentals ain't bad. TCNX - One red flag. Numerous lawsuits and verdicts against Co. for breach of contract and failure to pay. GTLL owns 80% of TCNX and might be a better play. GTLL has other interesting holdings as well. Sergio ps I expect to be scarse on SI for the next week due to family responsibilities.
