Donna, I would assume you would bypass FDCN, as you do not want to use their services. At this point in time I have not re-established my prophet account, as I cancelled in Nov. not expecting WOW to come through. Did you set up down loading in accordance with the instructions on prophet? It sure looks the same as 5.0, and I noticed there is an option called setup, which gives selections for volume multiples. I can only assume at this time that it should be set to thousands... Will let you know how it goes with me when I get re-established with prophet, sorry I couldnt be more help. Jerry
